088: Basic mapping tools

As far as I understand there is no basic tools such as edgeblender and stoner available for TD, so I spent a couple of days to draft some. Hope it will be useful to someone.

The wobbliness that the hard pin introduces to the image is annoying. Any ideas on a way around that?

It would be great if Derivative helped out with these kinds of components or even produced more like them. Very useful.
