088 Timeline Buttons are Blank

Just got a new laptop. Sony S series with nVidia 640m LE. It is hybrid graphics so I guess it pulls from both the HD4000 and the nVidia card.

Anyways it runs perfectly fine and everything is smooth. I just can’t see the timeline play, rewind, ff, etc buttons. I could see them just fine on my last system.

Is this due to the hybrid graphics? Also I’m running Windows 8.

This is no big deal because I don’t really need the buttons just wanted to put it out there and see if anyone else was experiencing the same issue.

It is a windows 8 related issue. We are actually three forum users to have noted the issue:

The display pixel value of TOP viewers don’t work either in windows 8. It may be related.
