12G output from DeckLink 4K Extreme 12G does not work

12G (3840*2160 59.94p) output from DeckLink 4K Extreme 12G with “Video Device Out TOP” does not work with some versions.
Do you know the cause or solutions?

TD 2019.19930 / Desktop Video 10.11.4
=> Success

TD 2019.20140 / Desktop Video 10.11.4
TD 2019.33840 / Desktop Video 11.4.1
=> does not work (no signal)

This is strange. Although it’s certainly possible something broke in the 2019.30000, I can’t see any difference between 2019.19930 and 2019.20140 that would cause this to break.
