[2020.20020 - x64 - Win10] Synced Text DAT can't be edited from within TD anymore

Hello,

It seems that when a Text DAT is synced to a file, we cannot edit it (text DAT in active mode) from within TouchDesigner anymore.

It still works with an external editor when using Ctrl+E, but not with Atom.

So far we can reproduce the problem on 3 computers at the office.
