[2020.28110 win10] Opviewer TOP doesn't show Containers Scrolling

If you have an opviewer TOP pointed at a container with scroll bars active, the opviewer TOP will not show the container being scrolled when you are scrolling it.

This makes using the remotePanel tox from the Palette a little problematic. I had to manually create a scroll bar with a slider COMP moments before a show went live because the designer had tested all of the parts of the UI on his end… EXCEPT for the scroll bar of course :frowning:
