[2022.25370, Win10] Parameter comp issues

There are a few issues with the Parameter COMP in 2022.25370.

  1. It doesn’t seem to use opacity settings, either its own Opacity parameter or that of parent panels.
  2. It sometimes gets into a state where it stretches out horizontally and scales down. It looks like it is very wide, but scaled down, so the parameter names are squashed horizontally. I haven’t found a consistent pattern for when it occurs.
