2023.11600 AudioStreamIn - Audio cuts out

Hello, I’ve found that while receiving SRT through a videostreamin TOP, when I use that in the audiostreamin CHOP’s parameter for Video Stream In TOP, I can only get audio to work by enabling “Hardware Decode,” and the audio only works for about 15 seconds.

I’ve found this to be the case regardless of the audio device sending. I’ve only been able to test via SRT.

Both sending and receiving PC’s are on 2023.11600, both operating on Windows 11.

thanks for the report, this might be related to

SRT Out Audio not working

I am using a video stream out TOP. I have it set to SRT. Video is passing, but I do not hear my audio. Build 11880

I have seen the same issue you are reporting as well. I think it’s related to SRT’s use of AAC audio

Our Video Stream Out TOP currently uses MP3 for it’s audio, not AAC. @cuetheFog can you try the newer builds? So far this seems to work for me. If you can send a .toe file where it’s reproduced in the newer builds I’ll take another look
