2023.12000 Win 10. vstCHOP with regular parameters

Hi!
Spotted on some VST plugins (FabFilter pro-q3, Eventide Blackhole for example):
If regular parameters is on - some actual vst parameters are restores incorrectly when copy vstCHOP or reload project.
Without regular parameters - everyhing is ok.

Here are examples:
