It seems like that enabling “Always Load Initital Frame” on the MovieFileInTOP results in much larger cook times then anticipatet, even when setting the FileOpenTimeout Value to 0:
Not sure if this might be anticipated but it threw me off a little bit.
This is in 2023.12000 right?
Can you post that .toe file? If I use a trail CHOP to look at how the cook time changes across the reload operation, the behavior is the same for me between when that flag is on or off. Usually the final cook that loads that image is around 6ms, although it can randomly jump to higher values sometimes, in both cases.
