When you create a Syphon Spout Out with any name, say Test; it shows up twice at the sender names dropdown, once as Test, and also as Test_1.

Re-raising this as still being an issue in 2025.31310 [Win11]
one, two, three are leftovers after renaming the same Spout sender.
Also note that selecting the already renamed one sender “leftover” still points to the active sender, until the Spout Out is deleted.
Note that both NeuroParticles* sources are leftovers from an already closed project, and remain there. Even newly opened projects list these as available sources.
