The softedge isn’t working on the Kantan Mapper in the current release.
A workaround is to dive into the Kantan Mapper and find the scurveCHOP driving the softedge, flip it’s range and then invert the mask

I couldn’t really reproduce it but saw that it seems the Softedge enable button beside the softedge type selector was not enabled?
I fixed the button texture in the meantime to properly show the enabled / disabled state.
Could you let me know what os you are working on?

the issue may be that I didn’t know I needed to enable it. I was testing on windows 11 and Mac OS.
