2025.32280 - NVidia driver errors

Hi Guys,
Occasionally I’m getting NVidia driver errors. I managed to get a dmp out of this one and it was when opening a popDialog (my own custom one) that it happened.

It happened on our RTX5090 machine running driver version 591.74 - I haven’t seen it on my laptop so I think this is probably a 5090 issue. It’s quite rare it’s happening but thought you’d like to know.

Hey,

I see graphics-hook64.dll as part of this crash stack. That’s a .dll that OBS installs system-wide that hooks all vulkan processes and is often a cause of a crash. Except for D3D and Nvidia driver binaries, this is the top level .dll I can see in the stack.

Can you try uninstalling OBS?
