3090 vs 4070Ti for Touch in a desktop PC

HI All,

I try to make a decision about buying a new desktop computer, mainly for touch projects, where I can utilize mediapipe, particles, kinect and some glsl, producing a 4k output.
Aside of this, i usually use cinema 4d for rendering scenes, after effects and photoshop occasionally. My main dilemma relates to three options, two with 3090 and the other one with 4070ti. Is there any function of TD that requires the 40xx series or where it overperforms the older series with higher VRAM? Would you choose an older CPU with i7/i9 or a new one with i5? How about the RAM type?
