31760 running slow

Hi, on Windows10, I downloaded 31760 and on first running, just an empty network was only running 54fps or so.

I downloaded 31550 and was working fine. The next morning I opened 31760 and all was working fine. ??!!

in general in these situations is there a good way to probe performance and debug? I suspect some kind of windows update wasnt fully installed or something weird like that, as after reboot all is fine. Thanks

What kind of machine are you running it on? My first guess would be that some sort of power saving or thermal throttling was happening.

Hi Malcolm, it’s a Lenovo Legion, Intel i7, NVIDIA GTX 1660 Ti
