about video trigger midi signal

Hi all, I am doing a project about using video to send a midi signal to other DAW and make some music, can I do that in touchdesigner?

the goal is when i change the video to the next scene, it can give a midi signal and change the music or notes.

coz I see a lot of ppl using midi to trigger a video, but there are no (maybe I didt found it) related topics.

you can send MIDI out of Touch to another program. can you expand on what you’re after? there are many ways this could be accomplished, but definitely take a look at the midi out CHOP. i use loopMIDI to communicate MIDI between Touch and other programs.
