add scroll to textport (and another bug)

1 - not sure if it ever did, but if I’m selecting something in a text dat or the textport, and I need to select more than what I’m seeing at that moment, I can’t simply move the mouse above the edge I want to scroll towards while selecting. So I’m not sure how I can select that (even trying ctrl-a to select all didn’t work).

So when I am selecting text and I move past the top or bottom edge, the text should scroll so I can keep selecting.

as an aside, if you are editing a text DAT in the textport that doesn’t go past the edge of the screen, you won’t get a scroll bar to move up or down. That’s fine. But if you type and the text DAT gets longer than the visible screen, the scroll bar does not appear. You have to close the dat and reopen it now that it’s longer and the scroll bar will appear.
