I recently downloaded the Touchdesigner non commercial plan and I went as far into the setup as the key manager. As I tried to activate a key, the manager came up with an error message that stated something along the lines of “This device is not connected to the internet” even though my pc was clearly connected to the internet and I could use it perfectly fine. However, after restarting and trying to activate my key many more times, I realised it wouldn’t even show the error message, because the button wasn’t working. I then looked at the part of the key manager than showed me how many keys I had, and it said I didn’t have any left. I didn’t even use the program, cannot get another key due to all of them running out, and I seemingly can’t even access the application now due to the fact I no longer have any keys to do so. If anyone knows anything that could help me with this, I would love to know what it is.
