Antialiasing issue, hopefully someone knows why?

Hi.

I have a scene where some strings are setup using some lines, so someone can interact them. Like plucking some harp strings. See images below. This works ok.

The issue I am having is that when my render top has a resolution of 4k ( 3840 x 2160 ) the strings look very aliased and jaggered. When I change the resolution on the render top to HD ( 1902 x 1080) Everything looks smooth and nice again.

Any anyone suggest why?

Hi guys. Solved it.
It wasn’t antialiasing. I had a particles gpu outputting into a comp just after the render top that was set to a different render resolution. Making these the same solved the jiggered issue.
