Audio sync problem

I seem to be getting a tiny lag of audio not being sync’d to my visual perfectly, when im in Touch its fine, but once exported there’s a tiny lag. Anyone know. areason or how to remedy this please?

When you play it? When you record it? It also linked to the audio buffer, you can adjust it in audio device in and audio device out, linked to your sample rate, to your sound card (Asio or not audio). You can fine tune that with a delay on the audio or the image.

When i export it. It’s fine in Touch playing in realtime.

Changing the audio buffer in device out does not change the lag in the recorded final .mov
