Since the latest official TOPs have a .unload() method beforehand only known to the Movie File In TOP:

Free GPU memory when "scene change"

in builds 2023.11410 and later all nodes will now support the unload() python method, which will allow you to unload their memory more directly. Previously only the Movie File In TOP supported this method.

You’d need to write a script that loops over the nodes you want to unload()
