Maybe someone out there will find this useful or improve on it. It’s a 4-output video cueing and playback network. Load/edit videos using the master controls on the left and select which clip to control by clicking on the grid.
There’s 12 audio players on each bank too. Different banks can’t be mixed together in this version.
It began as a simpler 2-screen playback system until I got carried away trying to make VJ software. A bit more work required on that front but it’s a start 
Here’s an update. I noticed the volume and opacity faders weren’t always saving their position which should be sorted now. Also added easy access to Level and Transform for each clip and a few other improvements.

As you can see, im new around here and it’s projects like this that are the best source of education for someone like me because I’m able to poke around back end and see exactly what you’ve done to get it working.

Thanks for the comment. This has been a good learning experience from my end too. In this latest version I’ve added ‘drag and drop’ to the grid and a couple of extra triggering modes, so now there’s Select, 1-Shot and Layer.
