Broken: SpherePOP Grid Single Points on Poles

Would be great to have an option to get a topology with single points at poles from the spherePOP in grid mode.

Edit: It actually seams to be somewhat broken as it outputs degenerated triangles with twice the same point as vertices.

The grid sphere has currently extra points at the poles and at one of the meridians to allow better texture mapping in Point mode. We could limit the number of points when this is not needed, we will discuss among the team.

We will also look into the degenerated triangles.
