Bsolver 'heisenbug'-- instanced sizes jump around when not viewing network

I’ve been hunting down the root cause of this bug for a little while and just noticed it seems to stop when I’m viewing the network the bsolver is in, and starts again when I’m outside that network.

Basic project attached, it’s an Actor instancing a box. The existing instances shuffle their sizes around semi randomly, if you’re viewing the top level network. But if you’re viewing the bsolver they stop.
