BUG: 2025.30060 MovieFileOut TOP memory leak when using NVidia hardware encoder

So there’s a pretty obvious GPU Memory leak when using the MovieFileOut TOP with h264 / h265 encoders selected for me:

(Easier to see when you open above GIF in another window / tab)

Windows 11 Pro 24H2
NVidia RTX 4070 ti Super 16GB
NVidia Driver version 576.52
TD Version 2025.30060 Commercial License

Works fine with other codecs, can’t get it to release Video RAM without restarting TD.

Hi - thanks for reporting this. This will be fixed in the next Experimental release.
