BUG: iop dependency not updating

Open the toe: iop.zip (4.7 KB)
→ it loads 1row.tox and both DATs correctly report numRows = 1

in the “config” COMP browse/select the 2row.tox and hit re-init network
→ both DATs correctly report numRows = 2

in the “config” COMP browse/select the 1row.tox and hit re-init network
→ only the op_based approach updates, the iop_based still reports 2 rows (until you force cook it)
