trying the new DAT /SOP converters, I can’t get the input SOP and output SOP to match for non poly type geometries. The close column has an empty character in it and the vertices list seems to be in the wrong order. Bug?

its not a bug as much as a missing feature. right now the DAT to SOP only handles polygons. a mesh is based on columns and rows, so the vertices are in a different order. the close property is not defined. handling meshes will come in a release soon. keep in mind though, that the DAT to SOP will be limited to re-creating only simple geometry types extracted by the SOP to DAT (no NURBs, metaballs etc).
