BUG?: Web Render TOP not rendering mp4 video

if you visit
techslides.com/sample-webm-ogg-a … -for-html5

and you click on the “Sample WebM Video File” link it opens
techslides.com/demos/sample-videos/small.webm
and the video plays fine

If you click the “Sample MP4 Video File” link it opens
techslides.com/demos/sample-videos/small.mp4
but this time you get an Error : URL failed: ERR_ABORTED

Is it a bug or is mp4 video not supported?

Seems the web render top wasn’t compiled with proprietary codecs support

Would it be a huge task for derivative to compile CEF with propriatery codec support?
