Buying a MBP m4 max 32 or 40 core? how does touch exploit ressources?

Hi,
I’m almost buying the wrong choice ( mac and not pc sorry, i know they re not optimized for td )
but i’m wondering regarding how touch works especially on particules context,
Is it really worth getting a 32 or 40 core? 1st has 36gb ram vs 48 for the second…
do you know what kind of comparative datas i should look for? Tflopes?

The more GPU cores, the better. RAM > 36 GB should not make much difference unless you’re working on some very heavy, texture-intensive stuff.

You should look for GPU-centered benchmarks comparing the two and go from there.

800 € diffrence for more or less 20% efficiency seems too much for me… i’ll reduce particules number -,)
