Which one is the best for touchdesigner (Generative Art) and why?

It’s a question of personal preference. Imho, in your list - neither. M2000 is professional but quite underpowered graphic card, Xeon is great, but once again, you will pay a lot for military specs without the power.
Apple Macbook - well, it’s Mac and not really made for professional TD work, imho. You can definetely code smth on it, but you’ll miss a world of features coming for free when buying laptop with Nvidia Graphics card.
I owe several laptops (I swear to God, they reproduce when I’m not looking) and would highly recommend going GTX way. Something like Gigabyte Aero with 3080/4070 or my current one Asus ProArt H7604 is a joy to use without being limited. The looks are great (not flashy) and the power is there.
Just my opinion, of course. not sponsored or promote anything. But when you’re on location or on event, believe me, you’d pay anything to make it work flowlessy without giving you headaches.
