Camera Feed with Motion Zones

Trying to set up a motion zone in my camera feed. Kind of like what the ring security system can do. I am looking to sense when a perimeter of a box on the camera is “touched” to trigger some lighting.

I have looked at motionSense, but am hoping for a better alternative.

if you are using the latest Experimental build (2023.10xxx) available from here you will find a new Optical Flow TOP. Check out the OP Snippet for it to find an example that might just lead you in the right direction.
