Can Touchdesigner detect musical notes? (not Ableton)

I’ve used TD with Ableton before to create interactive visuals that react to the midi in the ableton file.

This time i’ve been given a recording of a guitar riff.
This is an audio file not a midi.

Is there a way to get TD to detect the notes from the guitar riff separately and make reactive visuals?
