Can you use key change/notes (tone) as a parameter in Touchdesigner?

I am making an audio-reactive visual and I want tone change of audio from a recording device to affect the coloring of the drawing. Is this possible in TD?

Yes. It’s all about how you’re getting the info into TD (using MIDI, audio input, etc).
