Cannot open dialog

I cannot open dialog.

Even the key manager doesn’t open.

A pop-up window appears, but nothing is visible.

Does this situation happen due to poor PC specifications?

Often this can be old graphic drivers. Can you tell us the specifications of your PC?

Did this just start happening? Because you must have created a key with Key Manager previously, so it is new behavior? Please let us know which build # you are using.

CPU: AMD 4650G (3.7GHz)
RAM: 4G
GPU: Vega 7

I just want a simple data transfer to the touch player.

The latest AMD drivers are 20.9.1 for that GPU, are those the drivers you are using?
