Can't choose onnx version with Full Installer

Hi,
When installing touch with the Full Installer it seem there is no way to choose the ONNX version that is installed.
With the webinstaller we have the choice.

When making a plugin that depend on ONNX we need to use the Public ONNX version.
Could you also allow the selection with the Full Installer.

OS: Windows
Version 2025.32820
