Cant disable or generate a key

I cant seem to disable or generate a key. Just bought a new laptop (yay!) and wanted to instal TD but cant seem to disable my previous commercial serial to transfer it to my new laptop.

When I try to create a key the message appears: No FTE commercial licence found for this user.

When I go to the manage keys window there are no keys to disable.

I bought a fte077 licence june 26 2012. What am i doing wrong?

Do you still have your old laptop? Is they key not showing up on there to disable? You can email us at support@derivative.ca for key issues to get more direct help.
