CHOP logic problem

I have two CHOPS - a beat value adding to a time value. How do I make the beat’s value add to the time value when it attacks, but not reduce it again on decay. ie - I want this trail chop not to look like these momentary hills, but to look like climbing steps (while preserving the attack envelope of my input to shape each ‘step’ up). I’m sure there must be a simple function for this and I’m just being a maths dunce, but playing with hold, logic etc is not getting me there…!
