How can I make the first input shift to the right and then combine with the third input? In my project shifting the first input works, but whole Join1 moves with the first input aswell, so patterns are always in the same place in Join1.

from what it sounds like, you are looking for the Math CHOP and its “Combine CHOPs” functionality assuming you are trying to get to something like this:
When combining CHOPs, make sure to watch for the
Extend parameters of the Pattern CHOPs as well as the Align parameter of the Math CHOP.
If not, could you describe a bit more what you are trying to do?
