Cleaning up my project after the fact

Hello. I have a working project that I’m pretty content with. The problem is, it was my first project and the networks are a hot mess. I want to clean it up and make it easier to understand, share, etc, but when I go to collapse nodes, I loose all the parameter bindings and references in that collapse.

is there a way to keep or move the bind/reference and/or an easy way to organize things after the fact?

Alas, no, you will have to remake a lot of paths if you collapse nodes. As an alternative, you can also use Annotates to label areas that might not need to be fully collapsed.
