It would be awesome if there would be a collaboration between TD and Dadamachines:

Of course this would be already possible through sequencing MIDI inside TD, but maybe there is a more “direct” way of controlling Solenoids etc.
Ha! I was also curious if anyone else was doing this and found your post. I happen to be working on such a project. I’ve had an Automat kit since their initial Kickstarter. I use it both stand-alone and with Ableton Live.
All of the mapping is fairly easy, and TD can already do everything that would be needed. So it may not be long before I have something to share.
Did you ever get anywhere with this, just picked up an Automat.

No one ever responded to my post, so I just went off on my own to do some stuff, but I wouldn’t say they were full integrations or anything. But it’s really nothing more than MIDI mapping, so when I look back at my post I am less excited about it. I was much more interested in TD for its visual capabilities, not its external control capabilities, so I never pursued it any further.
