Why is a commericial license that was paid for not showing up on key manager page?

You purchased a Floating Cloud License for which Derivative will send you a credential .wbc file, usually issued during Derivative business hours of 10:00-18:00 EST (UTC-4) Toronto time. For inquiries about your credential file please email our licensing team.
