Commercial on dongle and Play License installed

Hey
Is it possible to have a Play License installed on a system have a project running
then plug-in a Commercial dongle, edit the project
remove the dongle and the system reverts back to Play?

Yes, it works exactly like that. The switch over time is about 10 seconds on plug/unplug.
