Component seems to be empty and has a really zoomed out grid.
This component which you can see working (ignore the error): image
When you go in it has an empty grid:

very zoomed out and hiting ‘h’ does nothing
The list view does show the components in it but not the network view:

I am attaching the .tox to see if it can be replicated.

Don’t know what cause the node to be place in absurd coordinates, I am not doing this kind of manipulation wiht python.
But I found a fix: select all, then right click, layout > layout in a grid.
Then hit ‘h’

Thanks for the report.

Did you happen to be collaborating on that file/exchange it with some other user?

Do you have a backup of the file before/after where in one case the issue is not occurring ?

Your fix with the layout in grid seems to work, although it causes some strange behaviour when panning on my end.

I logged an issue in our tracker for this specific issue to be looked into.

The layout issue needs more details I am afraid.

HI Michael,

I was not collaborating with anyone, tough I am using git. Though I don’t think I was doing any kind of pushing, pulling, committing at the time.

In theory I some previous version of the file in git. Let me know if it seems useful and I will fetch it.

It has not happened again since.
