Hi,
During the development of my project I started experiencing frequent and sudden crashes. The project is quite large, with a complex UI spanning four screens (8K total resolution) and dozens of states, each with multiple View panels. Overall performance is stable and runs smoothly at 60 FPS.
However, at a certain point in development, I noticed that simply switching states or even adjusting the alpha value of a single node would cause an instant crash, with only a brief error message appearing. I tested this first on my 4090 laptot, then on two other computer, on 5070 and a beefy 5090 probably all using different drivers and happens on all of them.
After some investigation, it seems the issue may be related to the opviewerTOP I’m using for 3D previsualization of the setup, as as soon as I remove them i can switch state no issue. I’m not sure whether this is a known issue. And if anyone have a workaround for me tro try and go around the issue and keep me being able to visualize my setup in the viewport ![]()
Any insight or feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
