File->Import File… = crash
Add FBX COMP select and import = crash

can you share the TouchDesigner version and build you are using as well as your OS and Hardware spec?
When the crash is happening, is there a .dmp file created you could share here?
Is this crash happening with any .fbx file or just one particular .fbx file?
Could you share the .fbx file which is causing TouchDesigner to crash?
