There’s a bunch of x,y,z co-ordinate rows in a table which I want to assign index numbers to. I can write out manually a row (1.2.3.4 etc) but how can I automatically create a new index row based on the total columns which will be variable?

I’m not sure how optimized this solution is, but it works. I merge an index table with the source table. Then I use an evaluate DAT and an expression to convert the first column into row index numbers. The remaining columns are left unchanged.

If this solution isn’t exactly what you’re looking for, change the order of the tables in the merge DAT or modify the expression table.

Hey David, that worked perfectly! Thanks
