HI, I am still beginner, and would like to ask how is it possible to create a floor in TD. I am working with MoCap data in real time, so I have an avatar (using NAT NET IN CHOP) and need to create a floor which has depth to it x,y, z - basically imitate the physical space with x,y, z axis. I have seen some tutorials in creating background using cube or Cube Map, also some ideas on how to use Grid. But everything is 2D not 3D.
Also I have the problem that the MoCap data needs to be within the 3D space. This is where I am struggling to find any tutorials on how to do it as most works with 3D objects.
Has anyone done something similar with Kinect perhaps?
