Creating a graph: Constant value changes by time?

I’m kinda new to TD and I’m curious about how to create a graph time?
I have constant1 which have a number of detected cars from video input in a moment of time

what is the possible way to create a graph showing changes of constant1 value by time?

Connect a Trail CHOP to your Constant CHOP to show a history of those channels back in time.
