Anybody looked into using this hardware with Touch?
Have you tried the quadroplex? Is this the same OEM?
I would think the data rates would be an issue once you get past 4 GPU’s, each would be x8. For that matter there is the tyan barebone GPU systems that could do that in one box.

BUt for low data rate it may be usable to put a stack of lower end quadros to drive 32 monitors

don’t think they are related. quadroplex is nvidia’s solution, with a few important advantages over the the cubix or any other multi-gpu solution.
did you do any tests how much performance you loose on x8 systems?
The problem with the stack of quadros is that anything above 4 outputs will force you to use gpuaffinity instead of mosaic.
