Custom Parameters doesn´t let me add constant parameters

TD 2023.12230. windows 11.
If I create a base and costomize component and want to add some parameters from the constant chop inside it does not work.
All other comps (as far as I checked) let me add their pars.
Is that a bug or a new feature?
It worked in my last version of TD 2022.35320.
I have made a video and put it on dropbox.
But I cannot post it here. Sorry.

I found this bug. Will be fixed in next release. Until then I’m afraid you’ll have to create these pars manually.
