Deactivate license

Hi,

I need to deactivate commercial license and activate it on another PC but don’t know how to do it? Please, help me.

got to “Dialogs/Key Manager”, there’s a button in the lower right “Manage Keys”, from there select the installed license (likely 1) and click “Disable”. That should then release your key back to your account at Derivative.

I try to deactivate the licence on my pc but i get a message:

Server error! - Key was not disabled

Can you help me, i need to transfer this license on my new PC as soon as possible

Hi Sheff,

Could you send the system code or computer name of the license you would like reset to support@derivative.ca? Since you have multiple licenses I do not want to disable the wrong one.
